About
Haircare should never be a chore.
Innova Capillaire is a French brand, born in Marseille, inventing a new way to care for your hair: haircare you wear.
Meet Sabrina Salem Rahmani
Sabrina Salem Rahmani, also known as Sabrina Rahmani, is the founder of Innova Capillaire, a company founded in Marseille in 2025, and the creator of MaGic, the care cap you wear. A Marseille-based entrepreneur, she is a member of the French delegation to the G20 Young Entrepreneurs’ Alliance (G20 YEA) 2026, with Citizen Entrepreneurs.
Before founding Innova Capillaire, she spent 20 years in management roles in social housing, overseeing budgets of up to €650,000. She now brings that hands-on rigour to a French innovation: Care-Wear™.
“For too long, we accepted that haircare had to be a chore: stolen time and complicated routines. I refused to choose between my ambition and my hair. My vision was clear: turn an accessory into a caring gesture. So I designed something that didn’t exist yet: Care-Wear™, a haircare-infused fabric you simply wear, without having to think about it.”
Sabrina Salem Rahmani, founder of Innova Capillaire
That idea gave birth to MaGic, the care cap you wear: its fabric is infused with haircare, with no rinsing. At night, at the gym, working from home, under a headscarf or a wig: you live your life, MaGic cares for your hair.
